Can't make voice or video calls on Whatsapp and Facebook messenger

Hi,
Been using my fairphone 3+ for a couple of weeks.
Every time I make a call or video call on Whatsapp and facebook messenger the signal keeps cutting out. Don’t think it’s my internet. They both work perfectly on my old iphone.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to fic it.

Have you allowed your new phone to receive call or video for WhatsApp?

I wonder if it is the same via mobile network and data or wifi. Have you tried both?
