Can't install App "Todoist"

I am also having a problem with Todoist, and would be very grateful for advice.

  1. I go to the Todoist website on my phone.
  2. I download the app. and it shows as a file on the phone
  3. But the phone then says it “can’t open file”.

Is this the problem you had, and fixed?

Can you check if the file you downloaded is an .apk file?

I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store without any issues. If you want to forego the Play Store and just install the APK you will need to enable the option to install apps from unknown sources.
