Can't hear calls

Recently when I’ve made and received calls I can’t hear the people on the other end, but they can hear me, even if I turn off the Bluetooth. I can only hear them through my hearing aid (Phonak) that also has Bluetooth and on loudspeakers and I can’t use them all the time. How to search for solution?

The reason why your Phonak hearing aids show up as a headphone might be that Phonak doesn’t really use the ASHA protocol for audio connections via Bluetooth. I remember when I tested Phonak hearing aids last year, they were connected as both, hearing aids and headphones. That, and the resulting behaviour on Bluetooth connections was one of the reason i decided to get a pair of Oticon hearing aids.

As I can hear with my earpods the solution isn’t there. I can’t hear anything without bluetooth or speakers. I made a GMT test and it says bothh Speakbox Top Speaker and Bottom Speaker failed. What does it means on HALL that I need to flip cover? What is NFC and HAC? Because they fail.
