Can't get past the pin number - no keyboard to enter my password

Hello everyone, can someone help me on this, please ? When I start the Fairphone, after entering the right pin number, nothing happens. There’s no keyboard to type my password in… Thanks.

Try to connect a keyboard via USB.

Did you disable any services/apps before this started to happen?
