Hej,
I cannot restart my FP4 since yesterday. All what I see are four blue balls dancing around each other on the screen. Any helpful thoughts?

Have you tried starting your phone in Safe Mode? 
If that doesn’t help, the next step would be performing a factory reset, which wipes all your data, so try Safe Mode first.

I did a factory reset. It looks at the moment fine. Thanks!
