Since days i am trying to login to my FP-account with an iphone using Firefox, Safari or Firefox Klar as browsers. I click on the account button on the FP-homepage, insert my credentials and then several urls open (including something about the newsletter) and then i am back at a login page. i can repeat this ad nauseam and can‘t get in. it‘s especially annoying, as i ordered fairbuds on Oct 24th or so, paid them, but UPS „hasn‘t received the package yet“. Anyone else sharing this experience?
Hi, there have been some glitches with the website.
I would suggest reaching to FP via the chat tomorrow.
However I am able to log in most of the time - so how about clearing the cookies/cache and checking from a different device?

I ordered Fairbuds on Oct 24, according to FP they were also shipped, but UPS claims that they do not have possession of the parcel yet. This seems weird, esp. since FP claims to have shipped the product. On top of it, I cannot login to my account, as the process fails repeatedly (see my post in the „Industry“ forum). This is truly annoying and makes it difficult to recommend FP to friends and relatives. 
I merged your topics as we as the community cant help much, please get in contact with Fairpjone support as @Meaghan already suggested.

Just saying. For some time now, I am unable to login to my Fairphone account whenever I use some sort of privacy protection, for instance using FF’s private mode. Haven’t figured out the root cause yet. Only complained about it to Fairphone’s support team but they don’t seem to care/know much about it. So I guess, using FF Klar would fall in this category as well. Don’t know about Safari though.

No consolation to yourself but no issues logging into account using both iPhone and iMac with Safari browser:
strangely enough, I can login again. guess something changed on FF-side. And I just received my Fairbuds. Double hooray!
