You can directly go from Fairphone OS Android 10 to /e/OS if you closely follow the instructions, but beware that /e/OS is currently still on Android 9 and only supports the old FP3 camera modules so far. The /e/ developers and community are currently working on upgrading /e/OS to Android 10:
