have FP6. SIM Card does not work, even not the 2nd one. People can not call me

Could be due to your provider. Is the second SIM from the same or a different provider? I had a similar issue with Spusu in Austria, could not receive calls. It turned out that, VoLTE was not supported by Spusu for the FP6, so they switched my SIM settings to calling via 2G. They have solved it, however, and VoLTE is now working on the FP6 with Spusu. @esther2 did you enable VoLTE? Is 5G enabled, if so maybe disable.
Who is your provider in which country?
What are your mailbox settings? What does the provider say?
