I have a question i have bin in every option of the phone to find the option to change the mp for the camera the 16:9 foto’s i make now are 9,4 mp? And the spec says its 48mp? So big differents is there a option that i over see? Cant find it in the camara app it self or in the normal setting!?
Setting for 48MP is only in 4:3 mode possible. Set on the first setting screen to ratio to 4:3 and look at the second screen for picture size.
Also zooming with this settings is not possible.
Thanks for the info! But that is terrible who wants 4:3 pictures anyway!? Damn that’s a pretty bad 
4:3 is the default for camera sensors. 16:9 is just cropped 4:3 pictures. This is the same with all phone manufacturers devices.
Never had this problem with other phones! This the first time i can not change te quality of my photo of it is 16:9 or what ever!
What do you call ‚quality‘? 16:9 is always a crop as sensors are build as 3:2 or 4:3.
Which software and camera app are you using anyway?
The megapixels! Hdr al that good stuff! It’s nowhere to be founded! And using Android 15 with the Fairphone she’ll .
