Camera stuttering while filming on Fairphone 4

With the Fairphone 4, when filming, lets say a traveling of some sort, the Camera app (even the new version) stutters and the resulting file has the same stutters.

I want to use the new camera app because of the reworked photo mode but having to switch to Open Camera only for videos is a assel.

Am I the only one? Is there a plan to fix that?

I would love to see other user opinion on this problem:

If you film a scene with a bright portion and a dark portion and you go from one to the other, does the video stutters ?
