Camera not working after changing the screen

Hi everyone,

I recently changed the screen on my new Fairphone 6, and after that I’m having problems with the camera app.

I can use any of the camera modes, besides the Photo and Portrait modes. Everytime I try to use them, the app crashes.

I already tried to reopen the phone and check the connections, and everything should be fine, so I don’t know what to do now to fix the problem. And honestly, I don’t even know what could be the cause.

At this point I’m thinking about getting other spare parts, but again, I wouldn’t know which one.

I hope that anyone knows what I could at this point

Did you also checked the connectors of the camera? It’s always possible that by changing the display another connector gets loose.

Yes, I’ve checked all the connections when I opened the phone again.

Might do it a third time just case, but I don’t know if that’s the issue.
