Hi all. I just tried to activate an eSIM. I can download it but am unable to activate the eSIM. (Interestingly, the message is: Unable to deactivate SIM.)
Is there anyone with a working eSIM on CalyxOS and FP5? Is there anything special I need to consider?
I have a working eSIM on CalyxOS, yes. But I had it in use since before I installed CalyxOS. It just worked when I switched without having to reinstall anything, so unfortunately no experience with activating an eSIM on CalyxOS.
The eSIM is from Sunrise Switzerland.
In the meantime, I found a solution. Installing a more recent version of the sim-manager allows enabling the eSIM profile. See issues 2705 and 2720.
