Call volume too loud

Hi, the call volume is too loud when answering my calls. I allways have to use the side buttons to lower the volume. Is there a way of adjusting it in system settings?

Try this:

  1. Go to the Phone app, and adjust your volume while it’s open;
    and if that does not work:
  2. go to [Settings][Audio profiles], tap the settings field behind the [General] profile, tap “Volumes” and see if adjusting th ringer volume changes anything.

Don’t know if this will help, though.
