Buying FP6 error on the site

I am trying to purchase FP6 on the website. When I add all the details and hit Save, it wipes the details. I’ve tried it on multiple browsers and devices and I get the same result. Has anyone else experienced this or have and advice? I thought perhaps they don’t deliver to the UK maybe, but then why would they let me select it?

i dont know, well do i recemment to buy your phone from a reseller.
Fairphone didn’t have te capacity to handle questions and support causes by time if you be unlucky and need that.

We have seen some people reporting the issues with the webshop, in many cases it helped to double check the account and the addresses stored, perhaps removing some or even all of that.

The desicion to purchase from the reseller instead of Fairphone as @T4om suggested will have significant consequences in terms of future support and warranty issues, so please choose carefully a reliable seller.

Finally, I am based in Poland and was happy to purchase directly from the company as it seemed easier for me to handle any issues (anyways I would assume the phone would need to be sent for repairs abroad). The support seemed to improve significantly over the last few days, so if your issue with the webshop persists, how about just giving them a shout through the chat function on Monday?

Thanks for the advice folks. It seems that matching your address exactly to what is on file for you account is key.
