Buying a case: delivery unsuccessful and now it's in limbo

I’m writing this here since I submitted a request but haven’t heard from them in 10 days.

I ordered a case for my FP2 and ten days after the tracking system said “Incorrect address; return shipment to sender”. The address is a valid UK one - I have had plenty of packages delivered to it and have never had any issue.

It’s somewhat baffling that the package didn’t even reach the UK - it went from Holland to Germany, then back to Holland. Now it says ‘Shipment delivered’ - presumably to the sender.

Has anyone had this problem before? It’s not a cheap case and it seems as though I can’t get the money back nor get the case.

Just call support with your support ticket number ready and it will be handled.
First make sure your ticket includes the order number.
