My phone fell abought two weeks ago and the screen broke in pieces and the phone didnt work. Today I received the new screen and I replaced the old one following all the steps. Unfortunately, the phone wont start. If I charge it the red light doesnt even appear.
I have repeated the proceadure several times and still doesnt work. ¿What should I do?
You should probably send your phone to Fairphone for diagnosis. Ask Support what to do.
