My partner just had a similar experience. Her phone was getting really slow and at some point freezing. So we decided to make a copy of her photos (that was the most important) and then factory reset (UP + POWER method). But after that, the phone goes into bootloop. Of course the USB debugging is not enabled, so I cannot just reinstall the Fairphone OS again. She has a Fairphone 5. Any ideas, or should we just send it to Fairphone for reinstallation?
My FP5 restarted after an update and it is stuck now in the green screen with the logo (bootloop?), so not really after the factory reset. I really hope I can fix it without having to do a factory reset!
I hope tou can fix it. She send it back to Fairphone and today got an email, that they need to change one module. But they didn’t say which one. So, I guess it wasn’t the software issue, but the hardware one. Or maybe a mix of it. I still have no idea…
