A patch for Fairphone OS was released today. Fairphone Open will receive an update tomorrow or the day after the latest.

Blueborne patch release today

Fairphone will release the monthly security update for the Fairphone 2 today. This includes a patch for the Blueborne vulnerability. Blueborne is a very serious vulnerability affecting potentially over 5 billion Bluetooth enabled devices. Android devices as the Fairphone 2 are also affected and need to be patched to secured against this bug. More information can be found at the link above and at various (tech) newssites.
