It depends on your preferences, what to choose: I have only in ears (but maybe this helps anyway): A pair of Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Air Pro that are really good for Calls and reasonable good for listening to music. Few days ago I also purchased Sony WF-1000XM5 as special offer. They sound much better for music, calls are very good, too. I would not have bought them for the regular price, though.
I’m very happy with Shokz OpenRun 805. These use bone conduction and hang over the ears like spectacles, I didn’t want in-ear devices that need careful hygiene, nor over-ear headphones that cut off ambient sound.
They’re great for phone calls and listening to speech, podcasts etc., on the go. Callers hear me fine. Made for running, they won’t fall off.
I’m very pleased with my Sony WH-1000XM5 (proper headphones) for quality of both calls and music listening, also noise cancellation.
The Sennheiser CX 400BT are good in-ear but no noise cancellation.
The £25 J90 Pro from Amazon are no longer available I think but similar buds available at similar price are worth a punt to see how well you get on with them for little financial risk - but be warned - you may find there is no app to tune the EQ or the controls. If comfort is an issue, buy a pack of eartips in a range of sizes and pick the most comfortable!
