Hi everyone,
My Primary Mic stopped working. I have already replaced it twice so I raised a support ticket as usual. I could still make calls by using one of my Bluetooth headsets.
Unfortunately, now the headsets have stopped working. When I test them using the Sound Recorder App the phone only picks up the background noise. It seems that the phone is trying to use the broken Primary Mic when it should be using the Bluetooth Mic.
I have tested with two different headsets. The earphones work on both but the phone does not pick up the microphone from either. What can I do to force the phone to use the Bluetooth Microphone?
