BLACK SCREEN when calling, so can't end the call + more important, can't choose options

Screen turns black when calling. So I can’t end the call (only by taking out the battery, or waiting for the other one to end the conversation).
More important: I can’t choose an option with a black screen. So I keep hearing the voice who wants me to choose 1, 2, whatever. But I can’t.
I can’t find “proximity” help advice things on my phone (I use the Duth version).
