Black screen - Light working

Hi,

my fairphone has an error. Sometimes the screen is black.If i press the top button the (background?)lights are working, but it stays black. If i touch the display,everything seems to work (vibration, tones,etc).

Sometimes everything works normel again. Maybe there is a loose contact? Can somebody tell me, which part of the fairphone can cause this error?

I have the same problem! How can I tell if this is a hardware or software problem? Have you received an answer?

Are you talking about FP1 or FP2?
