Bad service for a broken phone

The company does not respond to written questions, e.g. about a broken phone, and when they eventually do, it’s something rubbish because they have not read the question properly. - I have bought both the old and the new phone.

True, communications is still one major flaw.
I guess it’s because they are in head over heels and might be drowning in mails.
