Background-Noise on Primary Microphone

I noticed that in calls, the other person cannot hear me any more. When doing the Hardware-Check the Microphone does work, but there is a lot of static background noise. Is this normal? Or is this what is causing the other side not not hear me any more?

I am using a bluetooth-headset most of the time that works fine. But it is annoying that I always have to either use the headset or going for the Loudspeaker-Mode.

Is this normal?

No.

Try to disassemble your bottom module and clean the connectors.
If that doesn’t work you’ll need a new bottom module.
