I hope Fairphone is gonna create their own apps like a gallery or SMS, calling app, etc., because I hate the Google ones and when I use things like Fossify apps (or others) they don’t work really well on Fairphone. That’s why I like when Fairphone creates their own in the future that work much better.

I have lots of apps from f-droid, including fossify versions. I don’t realize them not performing well. What problems do you encounter?

I’ve had the same experience. Apps from F‑Droid are fine for basic stuff, but they don’t offer the same features you get from manufacturer apps, like for example Samsung’s.
I really miss some of the options I had on my Galaxy S21+. Things like setting a different ringtone for my second eSIM, or choosing which apps are allowed to use Bluetooth audio. In my car, I’d like music and phone calls to go through Bluetooth, while navigation just plays through the phone’s own speaker.
