App Lounge loads blank

since about 2 months ago my App Lounge is failing. It opens correctly but fails to load any content. It just keeps loading. Searching anything also does have no result.

I have updated to the latest Eos version, i have deleted the Lounge data (clear storage and cache) as suggested by the app lounge FAQ. I have logged out and in again. I rebooted the phone. But no change.

The only thing i can still try i create a new google account to try, but that is not what i want. I have enough accounts to keep track off.

A short-term fix would be using the Aurora Store which works similar to the App Lounge.

On my own FP3+ on /e/OS the App Lounge has recently worked without any problems (I only ever used it anonymously, I have no Google account at all).

You might want to check Advanced Privacy in your /e/OS ā€“ you probably need to allow Aurora your correct location.

dank je, het is inmiddels gelukt via een alternatieve download. Ik zou de Huawei versie vermijden

Hi,

I had the same problem and tried thr same steps as you, like deleting cache, reboot etc. In the end I did a factory reset and that helped.
