On my FP2 (?) I had an app (I think f-droid) that made the phone “transparent” by displaying the rear camera video in the background and apps were made transparent for texting while walking.
I try to avoid these situations but sometimes I need to text while walking or checking public transport so a “transparent” phone would be more safe because I could see better where my feet will touch the ground in a second.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find an open source app providing such a function any more. Even the playstore apps like “Transparent Screen” don’t work on my LineageOSforMicroG because they miss “active wallpaper” which doesn’t seem to be part of LineageOS.
One app recommended to install an active wallpaper app which I tried but it didn’t work either.
Does anyone have a working solution? Ideally open source?
