If it will include the request to “share the issue details on this thread” (topic), you might want to consider making it a public poll, i.e. voters will be visible next to their vote (like e.g. here). At first listen, It might sound shocking to make it a non-secret vote, but it would allow you to easier find individual replies reporting issues in the topic (by the voter’s 
profile picture) – example: a voter has opted for “… but I am having issues” → specific issue can be found easily by looking for the voter’s profile picture further down in the topic where the voter has described it in a reply.
