Hi How do I access folders on my FP2 when connecting to USB. Switching to transfer files on the FP2 results in the phone (FP2) displayed in W10 with empty folders even when the folders contain data. Is this by design or is addisional software needed to access the files on the FP2?
Most likely this will help:
Settings > Apps > Media Storage* > Storage > Clear Data
Wait a while until Media Storage has re-built itself (it’s some kind of table of contents of your storage). Eventually, reconnect the phone via USB and try if the folders are complete now.
