The alarm (built-in clock app) was set for the same time as a calendar notification. The alarm rang for ~1s, then the calendar notification played, and that stopped the whole alarm. No notification about it, no further sounds.

Interesting find, probably not how it’s supposed to work. If you’d like to have it fixed, report to the creator: Either Fairphone or Murena, depending on if you have stock Fairphone Android or /e/OS Android. contactsupport

This is on a stock Fairphone Android, and with the built in clock app. Where should I report this?
As @janweiss mentioned, submitting a ticket with support might be a good way. Alternatively you may try a live chat option (4 hours a day).
