I’m currently on Android 11 8901.4.A.0023.0
The system shows that an update to Android 13 is available. I’m currently downloading it and want to copy the file to my PC. But where is the file located / saved?

I don’t think it is available publicly yet
I guess you’re asking for the location of the file on the phone after it got downloaded.
As an alternative, would it help to extract the URL to the download like described in Software Update: 8901.4.A.0017.3-gms-15368f27 - #57 by hirnsushi
Of course you would have to download on the PC an additional time.
