I do get the Bluetooth bug. My phone is paired to my car stereo and it works for one trip, then doesn’t the next, then does. So it clearly “resets” the state after a connection after a few connects and disconnects.
Is it still scheduled for today?

I’d love for the switch to function differently when the phone is locked and when it’s unlocked. Use case for me would be:
Locked = flashlight
Unlocked = DND mode
(I love that I can set DND under the switch already, I never had an iPhone but I remember every iP user saying it’s super useful to have a physical switch for DND, and it is indeed extremely handy).
Unrelated to the switch, and would invalidate my idea above: but it would be good if we were able to set what double power button click does. Unless I missed that setting… Currently it’s launching camera, but I’d prefer flashlight. I moved from Nothing Phone (2) and I’m very much used to just using my phone light in my flat instead of turning on regular lights (I know, sounds like I’m a gremlin living in a cave - I’m not, the flat is very nice, I just got used to low light and I’m weird like that lmao).
Oh, one more thing. The default launcher does allow to set basically black and white icons (again, I’m used to it because of Nothing Phone, it actually helped with my phone addiction!) but they do not populate though the system - it’s only applied to the home screen. I’d like them to be BW across the whole interface. But this is more of a nice to have request, rather than a must have.
I talked so much about Nothing (hehe), but I think it’s worth looking into their software solutions, they are very clever, handy and beautiful, while being extremely boring if you want them to be. Which is what a phone - which is supposed to be only a tool - in my opinion should be. Clever, helpful, but not distracting or addictive.
If there would be interest, I can list all the small features which would be nice to have ported from Nothing OS. (It’s a long list and I’ve already wrote like half a chapter of a book here lmao).
Regardless, you guys are doing amazing job, I’m very happy with my new fairphone6, it’s great!
