Dear Fairphone community
My Fairphone 2 is broke. On 6 December I wrote support, two weeks ago I added a new message to the same ticket, I still have not heard from them.
I now use my old Nokia, but I will need a smartphone by April, and I really don’t want to have to buy a standard market phone.
50 days is a really long time to wait for no reply. Any ideas about how one gets through to support? I had a kind suggestion on how to fix my issue in this forum on the same day, I wrote, unfortunately it did not do the trick.
