Is there a way to not have the name of my provider show up in every text message I send and receive?

How does it show up? In the little greyish box? This very probably cannot be removed as is indicates which sim card you are using (in case you’d have two of them).

If it’s not that, could you post a screenshot with a dummy message, to show us your issue?
