can someone update me about the support of MaaS360 (MDM SW for Mobile device management)

MaaS360 MDM management SW is in my company required to run our company mobile mail- solution (based on IBM Traveler). In my last tests the MaaS was reporting that the Android version on Fair Phone is a “jail- breaked” Android version.

The Fairphone is rooted, which is probably what your software is detecting.
There are some possible workarounds to ‘hide’ the root, but there is no clear way to unroot the device.
